Return Process

  Log in to our dedicated Returns Portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to initiate the return process.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original luxury box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Italy

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location for tracked transit to our headquarters.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
